Returns & Exchanges

At Scoop Whole Beauty, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care items must remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our beauty concierge team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective container to ensure the glass bottles and delicate formulas are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use a tracked shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
